Ideal Candidate:

Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting.

* A patient, caring, and supportive approach to working with children with additional needs.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Relevant qualifications in education or childcare are advantageous but not essential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
