- You have an MBO level 4 or Bachelor’s degree
- You have 3-4 years of experience in logistics
- You have 2+ years of people management experience
- You are fluent in English (written and verbal)
- You are able to lift up to 25 kg
- You are based in or around Sevenum
As a Team Lead, you form the heartbeat of our warehouse operations. Your day starts with a kick-off meeting where you energize your team, setting the tone for a productive shift. You ensure that every process runs smoothly, from inbound and picking to the final shipping stages, all while maintaining our high quality standards.
Together with your team, you tackle challenges and maintain a safe, efficient, and collaborative workplace. Your leadership ensures that our innovative products reach those who need them most.
- Plan and supervise daily warehouse tasks
- Monitor KPIs and quality performance
- Manage team absenteeism and support recruitment
- Resolve conflicts and foster a positive culture
- Drive process improvements and innovation
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality rules
