key responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities and ensure all maintenance is executed effectively.
- Provide guidance and follow-up for operators, subcontractors, and technicians to realize the maintenance plan.
- Support your team and foster seamless collaboration between different shifts and departments.
- Participate in corrective and preventive maintenance according to planning, while focusing on long-term technical improvements.
- Improve the long-term performance of your team and ensure employees remain motivated and engaged.
- Efficiently deploy maintenance resources and spare parts to guarantee plant availability and performance.
- Issue work permits, brief subcontractors, and ensure all technical interventions are administratively logged and reported to the Maintenance & Facility Manager.
- Manage instructions, procedures, maintenance manuals, and management dashboards.
qualifications
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a maintenance department within an automated environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of electromechanics and frequency control.
- PLC Knowledge: Proficient in PCS7, TIA Portal, Siemens S7, and S7 Graph. You can diagnose Siemens S7 PLC programs and make minor adjustments.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication and analytical skills with a pragmatic, results-oriented approach.
- Leadership: Proven experience in coaching and managing a team, or a high-potential candidate looking for their first leadership role.
- Languages: Fluent in Dutch and English.
- IT: Strong PC skills (MS Office, Outlook, etc.).
- Physical: Able to work safely at heights (up to approx. 25 meters).

- Mon-Thu: 06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00
- Fri: 06:00-13:00 / 13:00-20:00
