Experience: At least 2 years of proven leadership experience within 3PL (multi-client) logistics.
Communication: Fluent in English, both written and spoken (our primary language on the floor).
Mindset: A bridge-builder who inspires employees to exceed departmental goals.
Flexibility: Willingness to work in 2 shifts (06:00-15:00 / 15:00-00:00).

what will you do

As a Logistics Team Leader, you are the link between the Supervisor and the warehouse floor. You don't just manage numbers; you manage people. Your day consists of:

Leadership: Coaching and motivating 15 to 30 colleagues as their primary point of contact.
Coordination: Allocating daily tasks based on KPIs and client targets.
Optimization: Identifying deviations and providing input for improvement projects (LEAN).
Safety: Ensuring strict compliance with legal and safety regulations.
All-round focus: Switching effortlessly between inbound and outbound processes.
