who are you

You are an experienced technical agent with a degree in IT or a related field. You possess a strong understanding of API, app-based, or web-based applications. You can effectively communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Additionally, you are:

Detail oriented and have great problem-solving skills;
Experience with AWS, Zendesk, ClickUp, CommerceTools, and other technical support tools are a big plus;
A great mulitasker.

what will you do

Some of your daily tasks will be:

Help various Eurail departments answer technical questions, stepping in to provide customer service with solutions for traveler difficulties.
Verify, reproduce, and recategorize IT Ops issues based on impact and urgency.
Analyze question trends to offer solutions and test promotional product restrictions and functionality.
