Responsibilities
Drive direct sales across Ontario, targeting hospitals, EMS agencies, and health authorities.
Manage and stimulate the distribution network within the territory.
Provide technical demonstrations of mounting systems and medical equipment management solutions.
Develop sales forecasts and contribute to territory strategy alongside executive leadership.
Navigate complex RFP processes and government-related sales environments.
Maintain 50/50 balance between new business acquisition and existing account management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.5+ years of B2B sales experience, specifically with capital equipment or medical devices.
Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and RFP submissions .
Experience in the EMS/Paramedic field is considered a significant asset.
Ability to travel frequently across Ontario and occasionally to the US/Quebec .
Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not mandatory for the Ontario role.
