Responsibilities:- Conducting regular doctor calls to introduce and promote pharmaceutical products.
- Meeting and engaging with chemists and stockists to ensure product availability and manage inventory.
- Developing and executing territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback.
- Building and nurturing strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.
- Staying updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Identifying new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Maximum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience in Doctor Calls and meeting with Chemists and Stockists.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales process.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive approach to sales and business development.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to Imphal, Manipur.
