We are seeking a proactive and professional Territory Executive, functioning as a Medical Representative, to join our team on a contract basis in India. This role is crucial for driving engagement within the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences sector in the Bihar region, specifically covering Patna. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the medical landscape and excel in building relationships with key stakeholders.
Responsibilities:- Engage with Doctors to present and educate them on our pharmaceutical products.
- Meet with Chemists to discuss product availability, order placement, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Stockists to ensure efficient supply chain management and product distribution.
- Achieve territory sales targets and objectives within the assigned geographical area.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and industry regulations.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences industry.
- Proven ability to meet and engage with Doctors, Chemists, and Stockists.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage a defined territory effectively.
