We are seeking a proactive and professional Territory Executive to join our team as a Medical Representative on a contract basis. This role is ideal for an ambitious individual looking to excel within the Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences sector in India.
Responsibilities:- Conduct regular meetings with doctors to promote pharmaceutical products and build strong relationships.
- Engage with chemists and stockists to ensure product availability and manage inventory effectively.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve territory sales targets.
- Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and expenses.
- Adhere to all company policies and ethical standards in sales practices.
- Any Graduate degree.
- Maximum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in doctor meetings and chemist/stockist meetings.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical sales process.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
