Responsibilities:- Account Acquisition:
- Generate new leads for vending machine placements.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Nespresso's offerings.
- Secure new accounts by closing deals and ensuring contract signing within established guidelines.
- Account Retention:
- Ensure customer satisfaction for machines under your responsibility by guaranteeing timely supplies.
- Liaise with service teams to ensure prompt and efficient machine servicing.
- In the event of a machine pull-out, coordinate with service teams for safe removal and plan for immediate redeployment.
- Tracking of Machines:
- Ensure distributors certify machine availability by location and that this information is submitted promptly for machines under your purview.
- Monitor and report on Business Throughput, including the monthly average sale per machine and distributor billing to accounts.
- MBA or related postgraduate degree (Freshers welcome).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
