- Developing and ensuring the right hardware verification strategy with optimal test coverage
- Identifying and resolving issues during design verification, including root cause analysis and defect management
- Leading verification work packages within the T&V team
- Drawing up a schedule and monitoring the timely execution of verification activities
- Ensure high-quality verification evidence according to processes, regulations and relevant standards
- Provide technical expertise during design reviews and contribute to risk management
- Optimizing verification processes and increasing team effectiveness
- Building a strong international TV&V network
- Mentoring team members in test methods, test method validation, MSA, and test equipment management
