who are you

You are the Testing and Rework Technician, we are looking for when:

You have 2 years experience with computers, hardware, and operating systems
You 1 year experience with Windows Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
You have good technical insight and strong visual inspection skills
You are able to lift and move heavy products (up to 10 kg)
You understand common interfaces (USB, LAN, VGA, etc.) and their functions
your have your own transport to get to Super Micro
You have your own housing

what will you do

As a Testing and Rework Technician you combine testing with hands-on rework. You make sure products meet quality standards by identifying, troubleshooting, and repairing defects. Together with your team, you keep processes running smoothly and efficiently.

Perform testing and rework of PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) products.
Conduct software rework, ECO, BIOS, and firmware upgrades.
Perform testing of motherboards, back planes, and AOCs.
Document inspection results and provide feedback on defects to the quality team.
Follow standard testing procedures and maintain efficiency in a fast-paced production environment.
Ensure compliance with company and production department policies and procedures.
Collect and analyze data for process improvements.
