As a Trade Marketing Specialist, you will:

• Achieve annual targets for volume, distribution, call plans, and merchandising standards across diverse food and beverage categories
• Develop a deep understanding of the territory, agents, and competition to implement effective trade activities
• Manage distributors, wholesalers, and retailers (spanning across Supermarkets, Convenience Stores, and HoReCa), fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships
• Ensure brand availability through regular field visits and maintaining broad distribution
• Increase brand visibility at POS by applying merchandising guidelines and placing POSM (Point Of Sales Materials) effectively
• Use IT tools for customer profiling, reporting, and data analysis to support trade activities
• Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with customers and provide continuous feedback for business improvement

• 1-3 years of proven experience in a Trade Marketing, Channel Marketing, or Sales role within commercial or manufacturing companies

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent time-management and task-prioritization abilities
• Outstanding communication skills combined with a strong team spirit
• Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

• University degree or equivalent
• Fluency in written and spoken business Greek and English
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications (Knowledge of Power BI is a plus)
• Valid car driving license
• Previous experience in Trade Marketing within the Food & Beverage / FMCG sector will be considered a strong asset
