key responsibilities
- Realtime planning van de transportroutes en ritten, met constante focus op efficiëntie en stiptheid.
- Garanderen van een perfecte afstemming tussen de transportbehoeften en de beschikbare middelen (voertuigen en chauffeurs).
- Beheren van de administratieve flow: opmaken, controleren en archiveren van essentiële transportdocumenten (vrachtbrieven, facturen, CMR's).
- Het eerste aanspreekpunt zijn voor alle chauffeurs en transporteurs (onthaal, begeleiding en probleemoplossing).
qualifications
- Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door relevante werkervaring, bij voorkeur binnen de logistiek of transport.
- Minimaal 3 jaar aantoonbare ervaring in transportplanning en logistieke coördinatie
- Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands, Frans én Engels om de communicatie met alle chauffeurs, transporteurs en collega's op onze verschillende sites te garanderen.
- e werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en behoudt het overzicht, zelfs bij piekbelasting (stressbestendig).
