• Relevant Experience: You bring several years of experience in a similar planning role, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
• Education & Mindset: You have an MBO 4+ working and thinking level.
• Soft Skills: You are naturally stress-resistant, customer-oriented, and not afraid to take the initiative when challenges arise.
• Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Speaking Dutch is a great bonus!
• Adaptability: You thrive in a high-energy office setting and easily adapt to quick changes and tight deadlines.

what will you do

• Scheduling Shipments: You handle the complete planning for all inbound and outbound transport, including finding the most efficient routes.
• Managing Documentation: You make sure all shipping documents, waybills, and records are accurate, up to date, and compliant with regulations.
• Carrier Communication: You talk daily with external carriers and suppliers to coordinate delivery times, handle updates, and clear up any delays.
• Internal Coordination: You work closely with the warehouse, production, and account management teams to keep the operational flow running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting: If a shipment gets delayed or derailed, you step in proactively to resolve the issue right away.
• Monitoring Performance: You track whether carriers are meeting agreed service levels and look for ways to improve overall logistics processes.
