Who you are
... As a service-oriented truck driver, you have:
- Category C driving license, Code 95, and a digital driver card
- Experience with/ability to operate an EPT (electric pallet truck), truck-mounted forklift (Kooiaap), and hand trolley
- An independent and customer-friendly attitude
- Good physical condition
What will you do
As a Category C Truck Driver at Melis Logistics, your workday starts at 06:00 AM with a nice cup of coffee. After that, you set off with a rigid truck to deliver doors to private customers. To do this, you have a truck-mounted forklift (Kooiaap) and an electric pallet truck (EPT) at your disposal, allowing you to move the doors easily.
You will drive across the country for your deliveries. In addition to transport duties, you are also responsible for properly handling the accompanying paperwork. You are the face of the company, so you shouldn't be afraid to strike up a conversation.
After delivering all orders neatly, your workday ends around 06:00 PM (18:00).
