    One of my residential developer clients is after a strong, experienced Design and Technical Manager for their project in North West London. This is an established client with large residential projects all across London and they are now growing their team for a new project in North West London.The project is a large development with over 250 units as part of a multiphased development. Working with a well known architect, my client is keen to get someone with RC Frame experience (Up to 15 storeys) to manage the design function on site.You will be based on site in North West London from early 2022.
