Expert knowledge of IP Networking including routing, switching, TCP/IP, IP subnetting, load balancing, traffic optimization, performance monitoring, Cisco IOS, BGP, OSPF, ACL's, HSRP, MPLS, SNMP, SFTP, SSH, STP, hierarchical NTP design, TACACS, RADIUS, VLAN trunking, and various VPN technologies. 3. Team player with a high level of dedication and commitment to excellence. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required - including the ability to create project plans in Microsoft Project and execute them with the IT team and business. 5. Results oriented, self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of IT projects that are delivered on time and within budget. 6. Ability to perform routine network tasks and handle emergencies during non-business hours, including on-call, evenings, and weekends. 7. Proven work experience as a network engineer and/or information security engineer 8.
