The Role
We are seeking a collaborative, innovative, and passionate VCE Psychology Teacher to join the College faculty. Flexible employment arrangements are available, including full-time or part-time options on either an ongoing or contract basis.
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based instruction across secondary Psychology and Year 12 VCE Psychology.
- Apply a deep understanding of VCAA study designs, assessment requirements, and examination preparation to drive strong senior secondary outcomes.
- Implement supportive learning strategies aligned with the Berry Street Education Model to foster an inclusive classroom where every student is empowered to excel.
- : Contribute actively to a culture of high expectations, professional collaboration, and continuous pedagogical improvement.
Successful Candidate Profile
- Current registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT).
- Full working rights in Australia are required.
- Proven capability in delivering VCE Psychology with demonstrated success in supporting senior secondary academic achievement.
- Respectful of Catholic educational values, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to holistic student wellbeing.
