About the Role
We are seeking a creative Visual Arts Teacher to inspire students across Years 7, 8, and 9. This position focuses on introducing students to various mediums and techniques, fostering their confidence in creative expression.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a dynamic Visual Arts curriculum to Junior and Middle years (Years 7–9).
Introduce students to a range of mediums (e.g., drawing, painting, mixed media, sculpture).
Manage art resources and ensure a safe, organized studio environment.
Encourage students to display their work and take pride in their creative achievements.
Successful Candidate Profile
Registration: Current VIT Registration (Provisional or Full).
Qualifications: Bachelor of Education or Masters of Teaching (Visual Arts).
Passion: An educator who loves "getting messy" and inspiring creativity in young people.
