Responsibilities
• Support daily distribution and processing of reports and other correspondence as directed by the Manager.
• Maintain and update equipment and product tracking logs with high accuracy to ensure data integrity.
• Manage all electronic receipts of equipment and products upon arrival at the Burnaby facility.
• Oversee core warehouse functions including shipping, receiving, and comprehensive inventory control.
• Enter all receiving purchase order information and virtual shipments into the tracking system.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation for all assigned materials and electronic components.
• Pull inventory for order preparation, pre-fabrication, and staging on project pallets.
• Coordinate and manage the ongoing maintenance of warehouse equipment to ensure safety and uptime.
• Answer incoming calls and email queries, providing professional assistance to customers, clients, and vendors.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to a clean, organized work environment.
Qualifications
• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a Warehouse or Inventory control environment.
• Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping, tracking, and receiving systems.
• Previous experience with international shipping procedures is highly preferred.
• Ability to pass and complete internal forklift certification requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License and a clean Driver’s Abstract that meets safety standards.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and stage electronic equipment and project pallets.
• Commitment to workplace safety and a proactive approach to hazard identification.
