This role operates on a fast-track temp-to-perm transition, moving you into a permanent role quickly with only a slight, standard adjustments to your hourly rate once secure!
The Role
This is an active, physical warehouse position centered around high-volume product bagging and silo operations. You'll be working in a structured environment where your daily efforts directly keep the production line moving.
- Location: Pinkenba
- Starting Pay Rate: $35.00 per hour + super (Casual start)
- Hours: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Great day-shift routine!)
- Employment Structure: Fast-track Temp-to-Perm transition (move to perm quickly on a slightly adjusted permanent base rate).
Key Responsibilities
- Silo Management: Safely monitoring and emptying bulk silos into large bags.
- Product Bagging: Packing, sealing, and organizing products into smaller distribution units.
- Heavy Manual Handling: Repetitively lifting, stacking, and staging stock throughout the warehouse.
- Facility Maintenance: Keeping the production line clear, organized, and hazard-free.
What You’ll Need
- Physical Fitness: Must be capable of comfortably and safely lifting up to 25kg repeatedly.
- Reliable Transport: Must have your own reliable vehicle (site is not accessible via public transport).
- Work Ethic: Punctual, self-motivated, and happy to work autonomously without constant supervision.
- Tickets (Desirable): Current LF Forklift licence is a huge plus, though this remains an active labouring role first!
