Effectively manage a designated warehouse area or team by planning, organizing, and overseeing daily operations—including dispatch coordination and logistics workflows—to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant performance aligned with HSEQ standards and service targets. Lead and assign tasks to a team of fewer than 10 warehouse/logistics staff, with a strong focus on resource supervision and operational excellence. This role is based in Ranjangaon, Pune and reports to Manager Warehouse & Transportation.
Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with internal and external HSEQ standards across all warehouse operations.
Manage and guide warehouse personnel, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently, and in alignment with operational plants.
Organize and oversee all incoming orders and related warehouse activities, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
Plan and coordinate daily distribution, including dispatch operations and logistics activities to meet service targets.
Control warehouse operations, including receiving raw materials and packaging, verification Certificates of Analysis, safe storage, inventory counting, handling non - conforming goods, and monitoring transport delivery performance.

Bachelor’s degree in any related field

Min 5 years of experience in Warehouse Management, Inventory Control, Transport Coordination
