Reporting directly to the Quality, WH&S and Warranty Manager, you will take full ownership and accountability for the planning, coordination, and execution of warranty projects and in-field activities. This role balances high-level administrative compliance with critical stakeholder coordination to ensure quality outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Claims Investigation & Triage: Efficiently log, triage, and track incoming warranty claims via company management systems.
Root Cause Analysis: Assess claims against contract terms and quality assurance reports to identify underlying operational variables.
Coordination & Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a central point of contact, liaising between field technicians, internal teams, homeowners, and commercial business partners.
Compliance & Reporting: Monitor documentation workflows to ensure accuracy and contribute data to weekly performance dashboards.
Site Evaluation: Once fully competent in business processes and technical product knowledge, you may have the opportunity to travel to local and interstate sites to perform in-person damage and root cause analysis.
To succeed in this role, you must bring an analytical mindset paired with exceptional interpersonal skills, maintaining a professional and composed demeanour under pressure.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer service involving claims or a dedicated claims coordination role is essential.
Industry background experience residential construction, insurance, or heavy manufacturing industries - highly regarded
Proven capability in managing claims workflows, investigating roots causes, and interpreting warranty policies.
Advanced technical literacy with demonstrated proficiency across MS Office, HubSpot, iAuditor, and Smart Sheets or similar systems is essential.
Strong de-escalation skills with the character to build rapid rapport and maintain a professionally firm approach when managing complex discussions.
