Your role:
Within this responsible role you will manage master data, user access and set-up after-sales/warranty-related business rules in systems according to inputs from various headquarter departments, thereby making a significant contribution to the smooth operation of the technical warranty services.
● Set-up of new after-sales partners and deactivation of partner data in the existing database
● Maintain partner warranty conditions (hourly rates)
● Manage user access and control user roles
● Maintain and continuously develop partner master data
● Prepare and analyze different data, e.g., partner master data
● Create reports and develop recommended actions based on data analysis
● Act as contact person for sales organization and business partners

Qualifications
IT-affinity and preferably experience in IT administration, and user management
Ideally completed studies (university/university of applied sciences) with IT or alternatively business or sales background
Basic understanding of ERP systems (ideally SAP and AS400) and modern database systems, MS Office skills, especially in Excel
Fluent in oral and written English to present complex issues and a basic understanding in German
Independent, structured and cooperative way of working, interest in intercultural collaboration
