Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake the operation, maintenance and repair of infrastructure assets
- Carry out daily work orders, inspections and planned maintenance
- Use hand tools, power tools and specialised equipment
- Complete operational reporting and documentation
- Assess asset condition and escalate risks where required
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors and the public
- Work across multiple sites while managing priorities effectively
- Follow all WHS requirements and contribute to a strong safety culture
- Participate in on-call rosters and respond to call-outs as required
About You:
- Plumbing experience or trade background (highly regarded)
- Experience in water, utilities, civil or similar field-based roles
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions on-site
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with stakeholders
- White Card (essential)
- Confined Spaces and First Aid/CPR (or willingness to obtain)
- Current driver’s licence
- Physically fit and capable of manual work
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to pass drug and alcohol testing
- MR Truck Licence (desirable, not essential)
