Als Wegenwerker Afwerking ben jij degene die de puntjes op de 'i' zet op de werven! Nadat de rioleringsploeg klaar is, kom jij met je team de bestrating afwerken in de regio's Ittegem, Scherpenheuvel, Lille-Arendonk, Turnhout, Geel of Ravels.

Dit is een fysieke functie waarbij je vaak voor langere tijd op dezelfde werf staat. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de visuele oplevering van straten door het plaatsen van boordstenen en het maken van huisaansluitingen. Veiligheid en een fijne teamspirit staan bij alles wat je doet centraal.

key responsibilities
- Afwerking wegen: Je plaatst klinkers, boordstenen en helpt bij het gieten of plaatsen van funderingen.
- Huisaansluitingen: Je maakt nauwkeurig de huisaansluitingen en sluit kolken aan.
- Assistentie: Je ondersteunt de ploegbaas bij alle handmatige taken op de werf.
- Orde: Je houdt de werf ordelijk en veilig voor jou, je collega's en de omgeving.

qualifications
- Ervaring is niet nodig, gemotiveerde juniors en schoolverlaters zijn ook welkom!
- Motivatie en standvastigheid typeren jou.
- Je spreekt Nederlands (of eventueel Roemeens, afhankelijk van de ploegbaas).
- Rijbewijs B is fijn, maar geen harde eis (je mag meerijden vanaf het oppikpunt).
