Weighbridge Operator – Waste Industry
📍 Dandenong, VIC

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Weighbridge Operator to join a busy waste management facility based in Dandenong.

This opportunity is flexible and can be offered as either:

• Full-time position with overtime available, or
• Part-time/temporary role (2–3 days per week)

About the Role

As the first point of contact on site, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of vehicles entering and exiting the facility.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights
• Managing inbound and outbound truck movements
• Data entry and processing dockets accurately
• Providing excellent customer service to drivers and site visitors
• Handling general administrative duties
• Ensuring compliance with site procedures and safety standards

About You

• Previous experience in a weighbridge, logistics, or admin role (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident using computer systems and data entry
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, industrial environment
• Reliable and punctual
