key responsibilities
- Perform welding tasks according to safety and quality standards.
- Weld and assemble components and ensure clean, accurate welds with the correct numbering.
- Carry out repairs in consultation with the supervisor.
- Assist with assembly work on constructions when required.
- Maintain tools, welding equipment, and materials.
- Provide general support when no welding activities are planned.
- Deliver high-quality, precise welds in line with internal procedures and client specifications.
- Work from drawings and welding procedures (WPS), using your technical insight to complete various types of joints and assemblies.
- Prepare materials through cleaning, grinding, and gouging.
- Always work safely and ensure a tidy and secure work environment.

qualifications
- Valid VCA Basic Safety certificate.
- Driver’s license B and own transport.
- Hands-on attitude and passion for technical work.
- Flexibility and willingness to help where needed.
- Attention to detail and safety, both for yourself and your colleagues.
- Good command of Dutch or English.
