You always strive for perfect customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to communicate fluently in German and English. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant.

A healthy dose of human knowledge and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;
Fluent level of the German and English language, both written and oral;
Empathy and a genuine passion to help the customer as best as possible;
An eye for detail.

what will you do

The Customer Service department serves all customers and prospective customers by handling all complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. For this position all complaints are handled by e-mail. You are responsible for supporting agents in after-sales service issues, product topics and general company related inquiries.

Written complaint handling;
Sending 1st feedback to customers and delegation to dealerships;
A proactive approach to offer the customer the best possible solution;
Support colleagues with cases.

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center has years of experience and a strong focus on customer focus. This gives Mercedes-Benz the know-how to manage and develop global customer contact centers worldwide. The Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Center is part of the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts Division and works closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer experience.
