You are the backbone of our site’s daily success. You will:
Command Site Flow: Take full ownership of the yard and shop floor, strategically staging materials so our production teams never hit a bottleneck.
Power the Production: Handle the heavy lifting—literally—by safely maneuvering equipment and inventory over 50 lbs to keep the workflow moving.
Defy the Elements: Maintain a peak-performance workspace regardless of the weather, ensuring the yard stays organized, clean, and fully operational year-round.
Lead the Safety Charge: Act as the ultimate site guardian, spotting potential risks before they happen and enforcing a culture where everyone stays safe.
Own the Long Game: Bring high-octane energy to every 12-hour shift, maintaining sharp focus and relentless momentum until the job is done.

Industry Veteran: You bring proven experience in a "shop hand" or "yard hand" capacity within heavy industrial environments.

Safety Leadership: Adhere to rigorous safety protocols and contribute to a culture of zero-incident workplace standards.
Workflow Continuity: Commit to extended shifts and high-performance output during peak operational cycles.
Qualifications
Physical Capability: Demonstrated ability to perform rigorous physical labor over 10–12 hour shifts.
Technical Literacy: Proficient in the use of industrial hand tools, power equipment, and basic machinery.
