As a Yield Engineer, you will be the technical lead responsible for maximizing production efficiency and minimizing operational waste. You will analyze complex manufacturing data to identify performance gaps and implement robust engineering solutions to ensure the highest output quality.
- Operational Optimization: Lead continuous improvement initiatives to meet organizational targets and enhance overall output efficiency.
- Analytical Oversight: Utilize data-driven methodologies to monitor performance trends and proactively identify potential variances.
- Problem Solving & Investigation: Conduct thorough assessments to determine the root cause of performance gaps and implement effective solutions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal departments to standardize workflows and ensure consistent operational stability.
- Performance Reporting: Consolidate complex data into clear, actionable reports and updates for the management team.

- Degree in Engineering (Chemistry, Chemical, Materials Science) or a related technical field.
- 1–5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong command of Statistical Process Control (SPC, DOE, IATF16949)
- Excellent analytical problem-solving abilities and a lean manufacturing mindset.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in multiple systems.
