AUSY, a leading European IT consulting and engineering firm headquarted in Paris, and a subsidiary of the Randstad Group, has announced the acquisition of eSolve in Germany. eSolve is specialized in IT management services, consulting and support for the development of IT infrastructures and applications.
The acquisition of eSolve, through AUSY’s wholly-owned German subsidiary Pentasys, allows AUSY to strengthen its presence and expertise in the fast-growing German automotive industry. Founded in 2000, eSolve is headquartered in Munich and employs 130 people. eSolve generated revenue of approximately € 18 million in 2017.
In line with its growth strategy in Europe, AUSY is proud to announce the acquisition of eSolve. In Germany, eSolve has a recognized technological expertise in consulting, design and implementation of secure and high-performance IT infrastructures. With a strong presence in the automotive industry, eSolve enables AUSY to strengthen its presence in a sector that stands out for its dynamism and strong growth prospects. In 2016, AUSY achieved revenue of € 460.5 million and has more than 5,000 employees worldwide. The acquisition is in line with Randstad’s global strategic ambition to increase the Professionals business not only organically, but also by small and mid-sized acquisitions and will be EVA enhancing within three years.
