Overall, a pleasant work atmosphere, job security and work-life balance are sought out the most by Japanese employees. 42% of employees think that automation will make their job better while 16% worries that their job might be taken away by it. Over half of employees (56%) is happy to re-train if they were being paid the same or more than their current salary.
