Sander van 't Noordende is Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Executive Board at Randstad. He started his role in March 2022 and had previously served as a member of the Supervisory Board since March 2021. Sander spent the majority of his career at Accenture, where he held a number of executive roles. During a successful three decades with the company he served as the Group Chief Executive of the Products Operating Group and had a sharp focus on client and industry development, as well as strong growth in digital services. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering, specialising in Finance and Marketing, from the Eindhoven University of Technology. He currently is a non-executive director at AECOM and is a passionate advocate for workplace equality.

Myriam Beatove Moreale is the Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Executive Board, responsible for increasing Randstad’s impact by fostering an equitable, purposeful, and caring environment where Randstad’s 46,000 employees across 39 markets are empowered to learn and grow. She assumed the role in September 2022, having previously spent 13 years at food manufacturer Cargill where she held a range of senior HR positions, and most recently was the Chief Human Resources Officer and member of the Corporate Executive Team. She began her career in Finance at Arthur Andersen, before joining ABInbev where she held several positions in Finance, Corporate Strategy, and later Human Resources. She also serves on the board of Aliaxis SA, as a member of both the Risk & Audit Committee and People Committee. She holds a Master's degree in Business Engineering from the University of Liège.

Mike Smith is Chief Executive Randstad Enterprise where he focuses on building long-term strategic client relationships with the largest corporations in the world. Mike joined Randstad in January 2005 as a graduate recruitment executive and has since held various operational and leadership roles for Randstad including Managing Director for Southeast Asia, CEO of Randstad UK, Managing Director of Randstad Sourceright in Europe, the Middle East and Africa and CEO of Randstad Sourceright global. Mike holds a degree in Business from the University of Macquarie.

Jesus Echevarria is Chief Talent and Client Delivery Officer, focused on evolving and building Randstad's talent and client offering throughout our global operations. Jesus joined Randstad in 2002, and most recently served as CEO of Randstad Iberia and Latin America, where he developed and grew our services portfolio, consistently increased local market share and profitability, whilst reinforcing local market leadership. Before joining Randstad, Jesus was Managing Director at Technical Services company. He graduated as an engineer from the Polytechnic University and holds an MBA from Esade and Business Strategy certification from IMD.

Venu Lambu is Chief Executive of Randstad Digital focused on unifying Randstad's technology solution and business as well as developing offshore and nearshore delivery centers to attract and deliver specialist technology expertise, solutions, and talent to clients worldwide. Venu brings nearly 30 years of experience, most recently as President & Executive Director at LTIMindtree, a global technology consulting and digital solutions firm. Venu holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Mysore, India, and General Management Certification from the LBS. He is a member of the Forbes Technology Council and chairs customer advisory councils in North America and Europe.
