• Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (creative, content, ads, and technical).

• Manage client accounts, overseeing campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client goals and budgets.

• Support digital marketing strategies across SEO, social media, paid ads, and content.

• Analyze campaign data to identify insights, prepare reports, and recommend optimizations.

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing or account management.

• Strong understanding in digital channels such as social media, paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.

• Excellent communication, client servicing, and project management skills.

• Added advantage to candidates that has previous experience working with FMCG and B2B portfolios.
