The Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing client relationships while driving business expansion. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to overall business development
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions aligned with client expectations
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and performance updates to clients
- Conduct monthly client visits across different cities to strengthen relationships and support business growth
- Monitor client feedback and market trends to recommend improvements or new offerings

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
- Willingness to travel occasionally (once per month)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools
- Polish/English required
