Manage daily accounts payable operations, fixed assets, and banking activities.
Handle invoice verification, payment processing, and employee expense reimbursements in line with internal controls.
Support month-end close activities, general ledger reconciliations, and financial schedule preparation.
Maintain data integrity across accounting systems and primary master records.
Assist with internal, external, and statutory audit compliance procedures.
Participate in finance workflow optimisations and SAP-related system initiatives.
Liaise with internal business units, offshore finance shared service teams, and external partners.
Perform ad hoc finance assignments as directed by management.

Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to accounts payable and fixed assets.
Working knowledge of ERP platforms and BI tools; direct SAP experience is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and standard office applications.
Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
Detail-oriented with strong organisational, communication, and multi-tasking skills.
Immediate availability is highly preferred.
