- Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual group financial consolidation process for all regional logistics business units.
- Lead the preparation of statutory financial statements and regulatory filings in accordance with HKFRS/IFRS and relevant listing requirements.
- Direct technical accounting research on complex transaction structures, corporate restructuring, and evolving accounting standards.
- Manage key external relationships with auditors, tax advisors, financial regulators, and legal counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
- Drive group-wide budget consolidation, financial modeling, and management reporting for board-level presentations.
- Optimise financial systems, standardise group reporting policies, and strengthen internal control frameworks to mitigate operational risk.
skills & experience required.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a business-related discipline from a reputable university.
- HKICPA / CPA / ACCA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is mandatory.
- Minimum 10 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, with at least 4 years in a team leadership role focusing on group reporting and managing sizable teams
- Strong background within a logistics, supply chain, or commercial conglomerate; prior Big 4 audit background is highly advantageous.
- Expertise in HKFRS / IFRS standards and hands-on proficiency with tier-one ERP systems
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, financial process automation, and change management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
