You will lead a high-performing finance team based in Hong Kong while driving matrix leadership across regional manufacturing sites in APAC. - Lead group level end-to-end regional financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across APAC manufacturing operations.
- Oversee manufacturing facility finance, standard costing models, bill of materials (BOM), and inventory valuation across regional facilities.
- Recruit, mentor, and build a resilient, high-performing regional finance and accounting team to support business expansion.
- Partner closely with operational, supply chain, and commercial leaders to optimize manufacturing costs and improve gross margins.
- Ensure strict adherence to regional tax regulations, statutory reporting, and corporate governance standards across all APAC jurisdictions.
- Drive ERP system enhancements and standardise financial reporting workflows across the region.
skills & experience required.
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline.
- HKICPA / CPA / ACCA qualification or equivalent professional accounting membership is required.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant financial management experience, with at least 3 to 5 years in a leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record in APAC regional exposure and complex manufacturing cost accounting / standard costing.
- Demonstrated capability in building, mentoring, and leading regional finance teams.
- Strong technical proficiency in tier-one ERP systems
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
