Pillar 1: Accounting and Finance
● \Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
● Ensure proper documentation and prepare monthly and annual financial statements.

Pillar 2: Compliance with SEBI regulations & Companies Act
● Must understand SEBI Compliances for Investment Advisory and Portfolio Managers by
reading the SEBI circulars.
● Provide guidance to management and employees on compliance
● Timely Submission of reports to SEBI.
Pillar 3: Income Tax Filing
● Must be thorough with Income tax act and corresponding regulations
● Computate tax for various category of Clients-Individual, HUF, Trust, company, Partnership
along with Tax return filing
● Must handle the notices from income tax department.
