• Implement and manage an ‘academy’ style recruitment process to recruit/develop and deploy new
staff based on ongoing requirements
• Conduct engaging and thorough training sessions for team members and new recruits
• Manage resources effectively to cover holidays, sickness and bank holidays accordingly
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Qualified Accountant (CA/ACCA/ACA) with 5+ years in Accounts including team supervision and client
exposure
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using payroll software(s) and related tools
