Note: extensive travel to plant locations for implementation activities is a requirement.
Role and Responsibilities: The core responsibility is to manage the end-to-end implementation of the DS PLM system across multiple company locations. This involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective PLM solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for customizing and configuring the PLM system to align precisely with business processes and objectives. Key duties include providing training and support to users to ensure the effective adoption of the new system, and developing/maintaining comprehensive PLM documentation (user guides, process workflows, and system configurations). This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all PLM-related inquiries and issue resolution, and requires staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in PLM technology and implementation methodologies.
