Your new role
As the Administration Assistant, you will be the ultimate go-to person, helping the internal team with everyday tasks while making sure visiting clients feel right at home.
You will be responsible for:
- Greeting and welcoming clients face-to-face, managing meeting room bookings, and coordinating catering.
- Managing the administration Outlook inbox, triage emails, and answer telephone calls professionally.
- Organising all internal staff events, including weekly lunches, monthly diversity lunches, and end-of-year dinners.
- Assisting with general IT duties, hardware distribution, office relocations, and spreadsheet updates.
- Providing administrative assistance across business areas, including word formatting, photocopying, and ad-hoc requests.

About you
- No Corporate Experience? No Problem! This role is perfect for fresh grads or anyone with a retail/hospitality background looking to break into the corporate world.
- We are looking for someone reliable, polite, and professional who understands office etiquette and knows how to handle confidential info with care.
- A motivated, "can-do" mindset is key! You love taking initiative, can follow a brief, meet deadlines, and take pride in doing a great job.
- You are comfortable using everyday tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Any experience with Teams or Zoom is an awesome bonus!
