A real estate management company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join their team in Montreal, in the Vieux-Rosemont area.
Working with the Property Manager and the Accountant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support and serve as the primary point of contact for tenants.
The company is offering a temporary contract initially, with a strong potential for permanent employment. The office is located in Montreal, in the Vieux-Rosemont area accessible via the Orange Line (Rosemont station)

Office schedule from Monday to Friday (37.5 hours/week).

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to the Accountant and Property Manager.
Conduct rigorous follow-ups with tenants.
Act as a liaison between tenants and various internal departments.
Manage the lease renewal process.
Perform other related administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in administration and customer service.
Fluently bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong focus on client satisfaction and problem-solving.
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
