About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Delivery Lead to join a high-performing team operating in a complex, multi-system environment. This isn't a traditional "status-reporting" project management role. We need a practitioner who understands the mechanics of DevSecOps, the nuance of Agile Coaching, and the art of Stakeholder Influence.
You will be responsible for navigating dependencies across multiple teams and systems, ensuring that our application delivery is not only fast but secure and aligned with our broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Delivery: Plan and track the delivery of complex application projects, ensuring value is generated at every milestone.
Agile Advocacy: Facilitate agile routines (Scrum/Kanban) and use data-driven metrics to improve team velocity and quality.
Technical Integration: Apply a solid understanding of DevSecOps to ensure security and automated testing are baked into the delivery lifecycle.
Risk & Problem Solving: Proactively identify bottlenecks and risks within our framework. You don’t just report problems; you facilitate the solutions.
Storytelling & Facilitation: Translate complex technical updates into engaging presentations and workshops for diverse stakeholders.
What You Bring to the Team
The "Complex" Mindset: Proven experience working in environments with multiple integrated systems and cross-functional dependencies.
Technical Fluency: You speak the language of developers and security professionals. You understand CI/CD, automated gates, and "Shift Left" principles.
Coaching DNA: You have a track record of mentoring teams to improve their agile maturity—moving beyond "doing" ceremonies to achieving "flow."
Strategic Risk Management: Experience using structured risk frameworks to make informed, safe, and productive decisions.
High-Performance Fit: You are self-motivated, intellectually curious, and able to blend seamlessly into a team that holds a high bar for excellence.
