Work Model & Compensation
We adapt to where you live! Your work model is determined by your location to ensure compliance and work-life balance:
100% Remote: Available for residents across New Brunswick and the rest of Quebec.
Hybrid (2 days in office): Available for those around Downtown Montreal.
Salary: $46,000 – $51,500 per year (based on location and experience).
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 6:00 AM and 8:00 PM EST.

Our Client operates all across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to communicate with English speaking clients located outside Quebec on a daily/regular basis.
Candidate must further satisfy the following criteria to be eligible for the role:
- Have status to work in Canada at the time of application
- Successfully complete the enhanced government screening process
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a credit check

Responsibilities
Responsibilities for the Bilingual Customer Relations Specialist includes (but are not limited to):
-Effectively troubleshoot/resolve telephone/email inquiries using various systems and tools in a timely fashion
-Provide accurate responses to existing and new members while maintaining the highest level of customer service
-Actively participate in an ongoing learning environment where you’ll receive developmental opportunities
Qualifications
Non-Negotiable Requirements

Experience: 2+ years in a high-volume Call Center or Customer Experience (CX) role.
Bilingualism: Absolute fluency (5/5) in both English and French.
Tech Skills: Highly tech-savvy; able to multitask across several complex systems.
