Role Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Operations professional with strong client management skills and cross-functional execution experience. The ideal candidate is young, energetic, proactive, and able to independently manage key operations across Finance, New Product Development, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Sales Support.
A key part of this role is also to contribute to generating sales and increasing business through strong client engagement, efficient service delivery, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role requires excellent communication, analytical ability, and a strong sense of ownership to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Business Operations
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery
Manage client requests, queries, and escalations with a solution-oriented approach
Coordinate across internal teams to align timelines, deliverables, and project updates
Support business growth initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts
Work closely with Sales/Commercial teams to support revenue growth and expand business with current clients
Contribute to increasing business volume through proactive client engagement and opportunity spotting
2. Finance & Commercial Coordination
Assist in budgeting, costing, and preparation of commercial proposals
Manage invoicing, payment follow-ups, and receivable tracking
Ensure accuracy of commercial documentation
Support MIS reporting and financial coordination as required
3. Regulatory & Documentation
Support product registration and compliance documentation
Manage regulatory files and ensure timely submissions
Coordinate with legal, regulatory partners, and internal quality teams
4. Supply Chain & Sales Support
Coordinate with production, warehousing, and logistics to ensure timely order execution
Monitor inventory levels, stock planning, and replenishment activities
Track sales orders, forecasts, and consumption trends
Prepare operational, commercial, and sales MIS reports
Enable sales generation by improving operational efficiency, service levels, and client satisfaction leading to repeat and expanded business

5. New Product Development (NPD)
Coordinate end-to-end NPD processes including formulation, packaging, testing, and artwork finalization
Liaise with R&D, procurement, design teams, and external vendors
Track development timelines and maintain product documentation
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong client handling and stakeholder management abilities
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong follow-up and execution capability
Hands-on experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and dashboard/report creation
Understanding of supply chain, commercial, and product lifecycle processes
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work under tight timelines
Qualifications
Graduate / Post-Graduate in Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, or related fields
Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations / Client Coordination / Supply Chain
Experience in FMCG, Healthcare, Ayurveda, or Manufacturing preferred
