Operating within Hong Kong’s dynamic financial hub, you will oversee essential KYC / AML screening, customer data maintenance, and account opening processes in compliance with local HKMA regulations. about the team. You will join a dynamic, collaborative, and professional operational team within the Treasury & Wealth Management Service Unit. The team works closely across internal departments to ensure seamless client onboarding, continuous risk monitoring, and operational excellence.

Perform daily AML name screening and customer information verification in accordance with regulatory standards.
Execute end-to-end clerical duties related to account opening and perform periodic account reviews.
Handle systematic customer information system maintenance to ensure high data integrity.
Manage document filing, archival, and daily data input tasks efficiently.
Communicate and liaise with internal stakeholders and cross-functional departments to resolve operational queries.
Participate in departmental projects and ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned by management.

Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, or a related discipline is preferred.
Prior experience in banking account opening, KYC / AML, or customer onboarding is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of general banking operations; private banking or wealth management exposure is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office applications (specifically Excel) with fast and accurate English and Chinese typing skills.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with high proficiency in Mandarin required.
Strong interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
