about the job
- Develop and implement revenue models for service contracts, spare parts, and extended warranties while driving partner performance
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Develop and monitor the market in the assigned area
- Generate leads and identify opportunities
- Provide technical sales presentations, technical support, customer training, applications guidance
- Prepare technical proposal and commercial proposal
- Collaborate on SAP/system integrations and streamline service workflows
- Manage budgets, analyze P&L/margins, and establish regional KPIs
- Manage the customer database
job requirement
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Min 6 years of experience in industrial sales B2B aftersales in Crane/Heavy/Construction/Lifting Machinery
- P/L management experience will be a plus
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems
- Willing to work in the West (Boon Lay/Jurong East)
- Able to travel to overseas for work assignment (about 40% APAC depends on project)
